The CEHA Board of Directors is comprised of 22 voting members, 6 Executive Committee members and 16 chapter representatives.  Each position on the Executive Committee is elected by the full membership, except the Immediate Past President, who serves a one-year term immediately following his or her year as President. Chapter officers are elected by the members within each regional chapter.

The Board meets 4-5 times per year at various locations throughout California. Each Board position has a term of one year, except Secretary and Treasurer, which are each two-year terms. A Board member roster with contact information can be obtained from any Board member.

All board members participate on a volunteer basis. Contact your Chapter President or an Executive Committee member if you are interested in serving on the Board or on a committee.
