CEHA is comprised of eight regional chapters throughout the State of California encompassing the following county areas.

Central Chapter: Fresno, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Stanislaus, and Tulare.

Citrus Chapter: Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino.

Mission Chapter: San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.

Northern Chapter: Alameda, Contra Costa, Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, and San Mateo.

Redwood Chapter: Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma.

Southern Chapter: Los Angeles, Long Beach, Pasadena, and Vernon.

Southwest Chapter: Imperial and San Diego.

Superior Chapter: Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Mono, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Shasta, Siskiyou, Sierra, Tehama, Trinity, Tuolomne, Sutter, Yuba, and Yolo.
