CEHA Membership

Classes of Membership The California Environmental Health Association offers five classes of membership including:

  • Active
  • Sustaining (Business-Industry)
  • Educational Institution
  • Student
  • Retired

Membership in CEHA is as easy as filling out an application:

1. To join CEHA as a new member, click on New CEHA Membership Application to print out the form.

2. If you are a renewing member, click on CEHA Renewal Membership Application Page 1 and Page 2 to print out the forms.

3. Click on Company/Corporate Membership Application if you are with Business/Industry and wish to renew your membership or become a new member.

4. Mail your completed application form (please print clearly) with membership fee to:

5. For faster processing, you may fax your completed application with credit card number to: (323) 571-1889

If you have questions or need an application, you may contact CEHA Support Services at (323) 634-7698 to speak with someone in our office on weekdays; or send an e-mail to: support@ceha.org.
