Track Your Hours

If you have attended any CEHA educational events* (AES, Update or approved Chapter Eductional/Training Events), you can now verify if your continuing education contact hours (CECH) have been recorded.  The specific date indicates the number of CECH that you earned/received on that event date.  The CECH certificate that you received should match those dates and number of contact hours.  The "Track Your Hours" lists are not intended as legal documentation of proof of the CECH you accrued and are only posted as a courtesy for those who have attended a CEHA educational event.  To view your recorded CECH, click on the year that you attended an event (note, if you do not see your name or number of CECH you think you should have are not listed, please read below):

If your name or CECH are not listed, please submit your Recordation and Certificate Request Application as you were instructed at the event (RCRA forms are provided at the event only).  Some CEHA educational events require that you are a current CEHA member to receive CECH.  Not sure if you are a current member, click on the Membership link (scroll to the bottom of the page) to check your CEHA membship status.

Please allow up to 90 days for processing of your received RCRA form.  Additional processing time may occur due to: multiple CEHA events, failing to complete the RCRA form, poor penmanship, submitting the RCRA form late, failing to follow directions, failing to mail the original copy of the RCRA form to the provided address, failing to submit required fees, not a current CEHA member and/or irritating the CE Program Chair.

CEHA does not track CECH from other agencies, organizations or independent Recognized Providers (RP).

*Some CEHA educational events may allow other approved agencies, organizations or indepenent Recognized Providers (RP) to offer CECH at such events.  The CECH certificate will be processed and recored by that agency, organization or independent RP.  Note, these contact hours will not be included on the "Track Your Hours" list.
