CEHA and Chapter Activities
I have been a member of CEHA since 2023 and started with Superior Chapter before switching over to Mission
Chapter. Since I have been with Mission, I was the chapter Secretary from 2024-2025 and their President from
2025-2026. Since being secretary and president, I was fortunate to continue our hikes with Southern chapter and currently working towards creating new CECU opportunities for our chapter. I am also a NEHA member that has been with the organization since 2021 and currently earned my CP-FS through NEHA in May 2025.
Platform Statement
If elected Vice President the goals I have are continue to spread the word of our profession through CEHA, look for new and exciting ways to increase membership in all faculties of environmental health which includes increasing members from CUPA, septic systems, solid waste, food, pools and other programs; continue working with the organizations chapters and providing assistance in their needs and build effective communication that will help support our organization for the future.

Michelle Bilodeau -- Candidate Statement: Office of Secretary
Employment History
Michelle Bilodeau is an Environmental Health Program Coordinator with over 25 years of experience in the profession. She has worked for several California local environmental health jurisdictions in several programs including Consumer Protection, Drinking Water, and Land Use. She currently supervises the Consumer Protection Unit at Yolo County Environmental Health.
Education
Michelle holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master's degree in Geography from University of Washington, Seattle.
CEHA and Chapter Activities
Michelle has served for the past two years as CEHA's Executive Treasurer. In this role, she has helped modernize CEHA's financial accounting and reinstated the Finance Committee. Prior to this, she served as Superior Chapter's President.

For the past several years have assisted past and present Financial Board member and committees to track, detail, account, invest, and balance the financial obligations of CEHA. All the work and efforts deserve the forward momentum of a financially responsible organization. I have the time, ability and desire in continuing the progress made.
